Hancock High School Class of 2012 donates to Omega House

Omega House recently received a donation from the Hancock High School Class of 2012. Class members Luke Paul and Taylor Murray and their advisor, Stephen Smith, were on hand to deliver the check to the staff. Smith said each year’s Junior class holds a fundraiser to help defray the costs of events, like the prom. Half of what is raised is donated to a local non-profit. The group did a coffee mug sale as a fundraiser and selected to donate to Omega House, the only hospice home in the Upper Peninsula.
